You've completed the setup wizard and are off to a great start! This checklist will guide you through launching a successful Partner program with Everflow. Work through each phase, and don't hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you need help along the way.

Pre-Launch Strategy

Before diving into technical setup, align with your team on what success looks like.

Define KPIs and Goals β€” What does success look like? Increase sales, generate leads, drive sign-ups? Share these targets with your Customer Success Manager.
Define Your Target Audience β€” Who is your ideal affiliate? The best affiliates are typically your brand's target audience.
Set Your Commission Structure β€” Cost Per Action (CPA), Revenue Share, or flat fee. Learn about payout models β†’
Set Up Team & Permissions β€” Add employee accounts with appropriate roles. Everflow doesn't charge for seats. User roles guide β†’
Configure Platform Settings β€” Verify tracking domain, billing currency, notifications, and time zone in Control Center > Platform Configurations.
Add Your Branding β€” Upload logo, set brand colors, and optionally configure a custom domain (not available during trial). Branding options β†’

Payments Setup

Setting up payments early ensures your Partners can get paid on time from day one.

Why Everflow Pay? The only payment method that auto-prompts Partners for their payment info If you have a US entity, setting up Everflow Pay should be a priority. It saves time and ensures smooth, on-time payments.

Technical Setup & Tracking

Accurate tracking is the foundation of your program. Choose a method, implement it, and test thoroughly.

Create a smooth signup experience and set Partners up for success.
