Frequently Asked Questions
An Advertiser (also known as a Brand) is the entity behind the Offers. They're the ones who own the products or services being promoted and compensate Partners for successful Conversions. Advertisers come in various forms, including Direct Brands (like Nike promoting their own products), App Developers (like King.com promoting Candy Crush), Agency Clients (when an agency manages campaigns for multiple clients), and Affiliate Network Advertisers.
When setting up an Advertiser, you can choose between different Attribution Methods: "Last Touch" credits the most recent Partner interaction before conversion, while "First Touch" credits the Partner who first introduced the user to your offer. You can also set Attribution Priority (e.g. Click or Coupon Code, etc.). These choices determine which Partner receives credit (and payment) for conversions.
