Get an overview of the Control Center - Platform Configurations, Partner Configurations, and Advertiser Configurations menus.

Overview

This is a quick guide to the general information and customization options available at the network level.

Navigate to Control Center - (Platform, Partner, Advertiser) Configurations. You will find a large overview with multiple tabs, including:

Platform/Network Configurations

Platform Configurations governs the setting of your account in general, including domains, IP, default notifications, and billing. We will review each section below.

General

General tab consists of 4 cards: General, Global Postback, Address, Links and Global Settings.

General Card

You will find the following settings on the General card:

  • Network Identifier: This is an identifier for your company that is used in your Global Postback. In the example shown below, the Network ID is dev-rev. This is also the identifier you will see in your default dashboard URL.

  • NID: This is often referred to as the "nid". Think of it as a numeric version of a Network ID and used frequently for tracking conversions. In the example shown above, the ID or NID is 3. This is also the identifier for your company that is used in your Global Postback.

  • Network Display Name: This is the

  • Support Email: The primary email address associated with your Everflow instance.

    • By default, the email address displayed here will be the first network user added to the account (Network User ID 1), however, it can be edited.

    • By default, the email address displayed here will be linked in the Contact Support link on the Advertiser & Partner Login pages. You can disable the Contact Support link on the UI Customization tab.

  • Language: The language configured in your Everflow instance. Currently, English is the only language available.

  • Timezone: The timezone your Everflow instance is based on and reflected in reporting, unless otherwise specified.

  • Currency: The currency your Everflow instance reflects, unless otherwise specified. For more information on Currency Configurations - [Click Here]

  • Show Name: Enabling this feature will display the Network Display Name for direct messages From Lines.

  • Show Partner Sign Up link (Login page) & Show Advertiser Sign Up link (Login page): When enabled, it will display the Partner and/or Advertiser Sign Up link in two places.

  • Show Everflow Support Link in Partner and Advertiser UIs: Displays previously mentioned Support Email in Advertiser and Partner UI

Global Postback

Your global postback can be used for conversion tracking. It can be shared with advertisers that need to fire conversions to Everflow. Notice that the Global Postback includes both the Network ID and NID mentioned above.

Global Settings

Hover over the [?] icon next to each setting for more information about what each configuration refers to. Most of the settings available here are well-documented in various help desk guides, such as:

Domains

The Domains tab is where you can find the list of both Tracking and Conversion Domains. Tracking Domains are used to track clicks, while Conversion Domains are used to fire conversions.

IPs

The IPs tab provides a hub for blacklisting IP addresses. You can enter single IP addresses or IP ranges to block conversions that originate there.

Default Notifications

The Default Notifications tab is your hub for administrators to configure which notifications are sent to new Network users by default. Note, that this does not change notification settings for already existing users.

Billing

The Billing tab is your hub for customizing your Default Billing Settings. This includes General invoice settings such as logos, tax info, payment info and Tax ID, as well as specific billing configurations for Partners and Advertisers.

Partner Configurations

General

You will find the following cards on the General tab:

  • General (Show Account Manager Details and Hide Total clicks options)

  • Partner Sign Up Form Customization - Read more about Partner Sign Up URL and customization - [CLICK HERE]

  • Partner Dashboard Customization (Tailor your Partner Dashboard to reflect your brand. Click Edit to adjust the visibility, size, and order of the Dashboard cards.)

The General card can be edited, and displays whether certain details are displayed to partners, including Account Manager Details and Total Clicks, and allows you to enter your own HTML Custom Footer.

Default Notifications

The Default Notifications tab is your hub for administrators to configure which notifications are sent to new users by default.

Note: Editing the default notifications will not modify any notification setting for existing Partner Users. It will only affect new accounts.

Partner Referral

The Partner Referral feature allows you to reward your partners for the partners that they refer to your program.

The feature provides referral reports with payment information. Referral payments appear as line items in partner invoices as part of the billing process.

Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions card displays the T&C settings applied to your program, as well as a list of partners' acceptance. Terms and Conditions are presented on your Partner Signup Form, which is fully customizable. For a detailed guide on Customizing the Partner Signup Form - [Click Here]


Advertiser Configurations

General

You will find the following cards on the General tab:

  • General (Hide Total clicks options)

  • Advertiser Sign Up Form Customization

  • Advertiser Dashboard Customization (Tailor your Advertiser Dashboard to reflect your brand. Click Edit to adjust the visibility, size, and order of the Dashboard cards.)

The General card displays and can be edited to determine whether Total Clicks are displayed to advertisers.

  • By default, reporting in the Advertiser Portal and via Advertiser API will display separate columns for Unique Clicks and Clicks. In this case, Clicks includes unique AND duplicate clicks.

  • Enabling the Hide Total Clicks setting removes the two separate columns, and displays only one column for Clicks. In this case, Clicks includes ONLY unique clicks.

The Dashboard card can be edited to customize the cards that are visible on your Advertiser Dashboard.

  • You can also create a Custom Card that will display your HTML in an iFrame for further personalization.

  • To make changes, click Edit on the Dashboard card.

  • You will be prompted to Edit Advertiser Portal Dashboard.

  • Use the toggle button in the top right corner and select Custom Card.

  • Now you have a Custom Card and you can make changes using the Edit button.

Note: Custom Card can only be saved if the card is not empty. Therefore, the Custom Card form must be completed in order to create your personalized card.

After completing the form by adding Card Header and Card Content, your Custom Card will be displayed in an iFrame.

Default Notifications

In this tab, you can Enable Direct Messages.

Note that editing the default notifications will not modify any existing notification setting. It will only affect new accounts.

Clicking the Edit button will allow bulk edit of notification settings:

  • Enable All In-App

  • Disable All In-App

  • Enable All Email

  • Disable All Email
