Understanding Your Everflow Pay Dashboard

Documented the new Fund Account menu (Direct Deposit and Funding Instructions), the Deposits view, and the new Auto-Approved payments card.

Every section is designed to give you full control over your payments while keeping you informed of important account activities.

In other words: we made sure to give you everything you need to make payments as easy as possible. So let's get started!

UI Layout

Main Dashboard

Your Funds - View your available balance and click Fund Account to add funds via Direct Deposit (US and Canada) or Funding Instructions (wire or ACH)

Your Account - Check your bank account details

Coverage - See payment coverage (domestic and international)

Payments Requiring Attention - Take a look at recommended deposits and monitor payments needing review, awaiting funds, auto-approved (when Payment Auto-Approval is enabled), or the ones being rejected

Transactions

Keep track of your money:

Payments - Track, reject, approve outgoing payments, or see the payments that require funds

Deposits - Track your funding requests and their status (In Progress, Complete, or Incomplete), and see whether each came in via Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer

Ledger - View your complete transaction history, monitor real-time account balances, and reconcile your past debits and credits

Accounting Integration Card

If you have connected an accounting integration (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite), your dashboard will display an Accounting Integration card. This card shows the current status of your accounting sync at a glance.

All Syncs Successful (green)	Everything is working — all payments synced successfully	No action needed
Failed Sync: Action(s) Needed (red)	One or more syncs failed and require your attention	Click View Details to fix the issue
Failed Sync: No Action Needed (red)	System-level issue that will self-resolve	No action needed — the system will retry automatically
