Funding Your Everflow Pay Account

Learn how to fund your Everflow Pay account through ACH deposits or wire transfers, understand holds, and manage your Thread Bank account details for seamless partner payments.

Overview

To pay your partners through Everflow Pay, you must first deposit funds into your account balance. Everflow Pay utilizes Veem as the primary payment provider for USD funding.

You can fund your account via Wire or ACH.

Critical: Reference Number Required The Reference Number provided below is unique to your account. You must include it on every transfer.

The Reference Number provided below is unique to our account. You must include this number in the "Memo," "Description," or "Reference" field of your bank transfer.

Without this number, we cannot automatically attribute the funds to your Everflow Pay balance, which will result in a rejected transfer.

Where To Find Your Funding Instructions

Funding instructions live behind a Funding Instructions button on the Everflow Pay dashboard. Click it to open a modal with your unique bank account details.

1Open the Funding Instructions modalLog into your Everflow Pay platform (not your Everflow Core Platform). On the dashboard, locate the Your Funds card and click Funding Instructions in the top-right corner of the card.
2Review your unique bank detailsA modal opens with your Your Digital Wallet card showing your bank name and address, Account Owner, Account Number, and Routing Number. Use the eye icon next to either number to reveal the full value, then copy the details into your bank's transfer form.

Don't forget the Reference NumberAlong with your account and routing numbers, you'll need your unique Reference Number (e.g. Everflow-1899066) on every transfer. It's shown in the same modal — copy it into your bank's Memo, Description, or Reference field, otherwise the transfer will be rejected.

Use the following details to initiate a transfer from your bank account:

How to Send Your Funds

1 Wire Transfer

Speed: Usually arrives same-day or next business day.

Mandatory: Ensure the Reference Number is entered in the Wire Transfer Reference/Memo field.

2 ACH

Speed: Usually takes 1-3 business days to clear.

Mandatory: Include the Reference Number in the ACH "Addenda" or "Memo" field.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the Reference Number is not included?

Your deposit will be rejected by our Banking Service Provider, and you will have to re-initiate the transfer. Rejection fees up to $25 USD may apply.

Why is my balance not updating?

The most common reasons for delays are weekend transfers or a missing Reference Number. If you realize you sent a transfer without the reference number, please contact Everflow Support immediately with a copy of your transfer receipt (federal reference number for wires).

Are there limits on funding?

While Everflow does not impose a maximum funding limit, your own bank may have daily transfer limits for ACH or Wires. Please check with your financial institution if you are planning a large transfer.

Is there a fee to fund my account?

Everflow does not charge a fee to receive your funds; however, your sending bank may charge a fee for initiating a Wire or ACH Push.
