Funding Your Everflow Pay Account via Wire Or ACH

Learn how to fund your Everflow Pay account through ACH deposits or wire transfers, understand holds, and manage your Thread Bank account details for seamless partner payments.

Overview

Before you can pay partners through Everflow Pay, your balance needs funds in it. This guide covers Manual Funding — where you send money to us by wire or ACH from your own bank. (USD funding is handled through our secure third-party payment partner.)

Two ways to fund your balanceWith Manual Funding (this guide) you push money to us from your bank and add a Reference Code so we can match it. With Bank Debit, we pull the funds from your linked bank automatically — no manual transfer or Reference Code needed. Bank Debit is available to customers in the United States and Canada; if that’s you and you’d prefer the faster, hands-off option, see Funding Your Everflow Pay Account via Bank Debit.

Before You Start

Every manual transfer needs two things, and you’ll find both in one place — your Manual Funding Instructions:

Your unique bank details (beneficiary, bank, account, and routing numbers) to send the transfer to.Your Reference Code — the one thing that connects your transfer to your balance.

How to Fund Your Account

1Open your Manual Funding InstructionsLog into your Everflow Pay platform (not the Everflow Core Platform). On the dashboard, find the Your Funds card and click Manual Funding Instructions in the top-right corner. A modal opens with your unique bank account details.
2Copy your bank details and Reference CodeCopy the beneficiary, bank, account, and routing details shown, along with your unique Reference Code. You’ll enter these into your bank’s transfer form.
The Manual Funding Instructions modal showing your digital wallet's bank details and unique Reference Code.
Don't forget the Reference NumberAlong with your account and routing numbers, you'll need your unique Reference Number (e.g. Everflow-1899066) on every transfer. It's shown in the same modal — copy it into your bank's Memo, Description, or Reference field, otherwise the transfer will be rejected.
3Send the funds (Wire or ACH)From your bank, initiate the transfer to the details above. A Wire usually arrives same-day or next business day; an ACH usually takes 1–3 business days to clear. Whichever you choose, add your Reference Code to the Wire’s Reference/Memo field or the ACH Addenda/Memo field — without it, the transfer will be rejected.

Confirm Your Deposit Landed

After you send, your transfer moves through In Progress and lands as Complete once the funds arrive. Your available balance updates on the Your Funds card, and you can follow the status any time under Deposits. Wires clear faster than ACH, and transfers sent over a weekend take a little longer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the Reference Number is not included?

Your deposit will be rejected by our Banking Service Provider, and you will have to re-initiate the transfer. If a transfer can’t be completed, your funds are returned to your bank — any fee is covered by Everflow, at no cost to you.

Why is my balance not updating?

The most common reasons for delays are weekend transfers or a missing Reference Number. If you realize you sent a transfer without the reference number, please contact Everflow Support immediately with a copy of your transfer receipt (federal reference number for wires).

Are there limits on funding?

While Everflow does not impose a maximum funding limit, your own bank may have daily transfer limits for ACH or Wires. Please check with your financial institution if you are planning a large transfer.

Is there a fee to fund my account?

Everflow does not charge a fee to receive your funds; however, your sending bank may charge a fee for initiating a Wire or ACH Push.
