Before you can pay partners through Everflow Pay, your balance needs funds in it. This guide covers Manual Funding — where you send money to us by wire or ACH from your own bank. (USD funding is handled through our secure third-party payment partner.)

How to Fund Your Account

After you send, your transfer moves through In Progress and lands as Complete once the funds arrive. Your available balance updates on the Your Funds card, and you can follow the status any time under Deposits. Wires clear faster than ACH, and transfers sent over a weekend take a little longer.

Your deposit will be rejected by our Banking Service Provider, and you will have to re-initiate the transfer. If a transfer can’t be completed, your funds are returned to your bank — any fee is covered by Everflow, at no cost to you.
The most common reasons for delays are weekend transfers or a missing Reference Number. If you realize you sent a transfer without the reference number, please contact Everflow Support immediately with a copy of your transfer receipt (federal reference number for wires).
While Everflow does not impose a maximum funding limit, your own bank may have daily transfer limits for ACH or Wires. Please check with your financial institution if you are planning a large transfer.
Everflow does not charge a fee to receive your funds; however, your sending bank may charge a fee for initiating a Wire or ACH Push.
