Manage Partner Platform Access From The Marketplace

Marketplace partners can now give their own team access to each connected Advertiser's Partner Platform, without asking the Advertiser to add users.

Introduction

Before this release, only the person who made a Marketplace connection had a Partner Platform account with that Advertiser. Administrators now create and manage Partner Platform user accounts for their team, and Marketplace Managers can request access when they need it.

Key Capabilities

• Enter an Advertiser's Partner Platform straight from Manage Connections with "Enter Partner Platform", signed in as yourself.
• Administrators create their own account with "Create User Account" and manage team access from the "Partner Platform User Accounts" tab, one user at a time or in bulk.
• Marketplace Managers send a "Request Access" request; Administrators are notified by email and the user is emailed when the request is approved or denied.
• A company setting, "Automatically create Partner Platform user accounts" (None, Administrators or All), creates accounts automatically for new connections and newly added users.
• If the Advertiser turns an account off, the Marketplace follows, and the account a connection runs on is protected.
