Setting Up Partners With Everflow Pay

Learn how to connect your partners to Everflow Pay, either one at a time or all at once, so you can start sending them payments.

Overview

After you activate your Everflow Pay account, you need to connect your partners so you can pay them.

You can set up one partner at a time or update many partners at once. The process is simple - let's walk through it!

Or, if you have read the previous article in this series, there is an option to set up Everflow Pay as your default Payment Method for all the future Partners.

1 Set Up One Partner (Individual) Configure Everflow Pay for a single partner. 1 Find the Partner Go to Partners > Manage Click Edit for your selected partner Navigate to the Billing tab > Edit 2 Change Payment Method Select "Everflow Pay" as the payment method Save your changes Partner receives setup invitation automatically 2 Set Up Many Partners at Once (Bulk) Efficiently set up Everflow Pay for multiple partners simultaneously. 1 Select Partners Go to Affiliates or Partners > Manage Select all Partners you want to Edit Click Actions menu up top Select Bulk Edit 2 Make Changes Select target Partners for update Choose "Payment Method" under "Billing" as Field Type Set "Everflow Pay" as payment method Review changes Click Review and Apply to confirm 3 What Happens After Setup Understand the next steps after setting up Everflow Pay for partners. Partners receive invitations automatically They'll create their Everflow Pay accounts Once done, you can start paying them
Your Partners must finish their setup before they can get paid Their old payment setup stays active until they finish You can undo these changes if needed We can send new setup invitations if Partners lose theirs
