Processing Partner Payments

Process partner payments: choose payment methods like our very own Everflow Pay, handle bulk payments, verify transactions, and troubleshoot payment issues.

Overview

Let's talk about getting your Partners paid - after all, timely payments keep your top Partners happy and actively promoting your Offers!

Whether you've got a handful of Partners or hundreds, Everflow makes it easy to handle payments your way. Use our native payment solution Everflow Pay or manage your own payment process.

This guide shows you all your options and how to use them.

Understanding Payment Methods

Integrated Payment Solutions

Payments can be processed directly within Everflow using our native solution:

  • Everflow Pay (Integrations → Billing → Everflow Pay)

Besides Everflow Pay (our native payment solution), we also integrate with Tipalti, Veem, PayPal, and MassPay. Want to learn more about these options? Reach out to our Customer Success team!

Other Integrated Solutions For Partners using integrated payment methods (like Everflow Pay or PayPal), we need either their email or complete billing info to process payments. Check the "Is Payable" column under Partners > Manage to see if a partner has everything set up correctly.

External Payment Methods

While you can track these payment methods in Everflow, you'll need to process them outside the platform:

  • Wire Transfer
  • Direct Deposit
  • Check
  • Bitcoin
  • Gift Card
  • Paxum
  • Payoneer
  • Webmoney
  • Wise
  • Capitalist
You'll need to manually update payment status in Everflow when using these methods.
