First up, the General Settings. This tab has numerous options, but we'll concentrate on the essential settings you need right now. Getting these basics in place will allow you to launch your offer quickly and efficiently. You can always fine-tune the other settings later.

The Essentials - The Only Requirements
Name
Name is externally visible (displayed to both Partners & Advertisers).
Thumbnail
Upload a thumbnail for the Offer, visible to both Partners & Advertisers.
Status
The Offer Status can be one of the following:
Advertiser
Each Offer can be associated with a specific Advertiser that you’ve added. This will help with reporting and categorization of all Offer related activity. Networks generally use this feature.
Currency
Externally visible Currency used for Revenue and Payout reports. The reporting around this Offer will all show in the currency you’ve chosen for this Offer.
Description
A public description that is viewed by Partners, feel free to write anything here that helps make it an enticing Offer for Partners to work with.
Fields To Explore Further
Category
Based on Offer Categories that you may have created, you’re able to associate an Offer with a specific Category, helping you with reporting around certain categories.
Assign To Offer Group
Group of Offers that share a cap on clicks, conversions, payout, or revenue. Read more about this functionality here.
Labels
Labels are keywords which can be used for internal reporting, searching or filtering.
They are useful for analyzing efforts - e.g. use "ecomm" to report on E-Commerce Offers or create a label like "Conference2024" for Partners met at an event. You can later run a report to see how much revenue your partners brought and whether you want to attend that conference again.
App Identifier
This field is useful for mobile apps. Provide the App Identifier (Bundle ID) if promoting an app, visible in URLs in bold as such:

Preview URL
The Preview URL is the final Landing Page after clicking the , grabbed as a snapshot by the system. This is used typically when Redirect Partner Tracking Links are being utilized to allow the Partner to see the final landing page without clicking on the tracking link.
Internal Notes
Add private notes that are only visible internally for your team.
Project ID
Internal Only - Used for tracking Insertion Order IDs.
Channels
Used for organizing allowed traffic channels for external and internal visibility. Traffic channels are the accepted methods for Partners to promote the offer.
For example, driving traffic through Affiliate, Facebook, Native, etc. Everflow does not enforce the use of approved traffic sources added as a Channel. This field is a clear way to filter and manage offers by Channels. Please click here to find out about Traffic Control options.
Set Expiration Date
Date after which the Offer Status changes to Inactive. The date is inclusive.
For example, if the date is 2025-03-03 the offer will remain active until 2025-03-03 23:59:59. Many customers use this for Holiday promotions like Christmas, etc.
Advertiser Campaign Name
Allows you to pass an alternative Offer name when required by an Advertiser's platform. This is commonly used for Advertisers using Singular, which requires a specific naming scheme that may not be user-friendly for your Everflow Partners.
