First up, the General Settings. This tab has numerous options, but we'll concentrate on the essential settings you need right now. Getting these basics in place will allow you to launch your offer quickly and efficiently. You can always fine-tune the other settings later.

Accessing The General Settings View

If you’re creating a new Offer, this will be the first thing you’ll see.

If you need to edit your General Settings for a specific Offer, here’s how to access that:

Head over to the left navigation menu, and click on -> Offers -> Manage In the Offers Manage view, for a specific Offer, click on -> Edit

Understanding The General Offer Settings

Move Fast With Essentials If you’re new to Everflow & just trying to move fast, the Essential fields are all you need to configure.

The Essentials - The Only Requirements

Name

Thumbnail

Upload a thumbnail for the Offer, visible to both Partners & Advertisers.

Status

The Offer Status can be one of the following:

Offer Status Description Active The default state of an Offer, all tracking and attribution is working and the symbol is Green. Paused The Offer can be Paused, all tracking & attribution will still work but Clicks/Conversions won’t result in any Revenue shown or Payout for your Partners. Pending The same as Paused, generally used when creating a new Offer that isn’t ready to be Active yet. Deleted In order to delete an Offer, you would simply mark the Status as Deleted. All tracking & attribution will be turned off, and the Partner’s tracking links will no longer work but reports will still show this Offer’s historical data.

Advertiser

Each Offer can be associated with a specific Advertiser that you’ve added. This will help with reporting and categorization of all Offer related activity. Networks generally use this feature.

If you’re a Brand, you’d just select yourself as the Advertiser, since it’ll be your only option.

This field might be renamed to Brand in your Core Platform View.

Currency

Externally visible Currency used for Revenue and Payout reports. The reporting around this Offer will all show in the currency you’ve chosen for this Offer.

The Offer Currency is not what will be used to generate Invoices, for more information on how to generate Invoices in a specific currency, refer to this article!

Currency settings cannot be changed after the Offer has gone live.
