How Partners Access Everflow

Your guide to understanding how Partners access Everflow and what tools are available to them once they log in.

The Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is a specialized, feature-restricted version of Everflow designed for one purpose: to help your Partners promote Offers, track their performance, and get paid.

For Admins: Finding the Access Links

Before a Partner can log in, you need to send them to the right place.

Navigate to Control Center > Platform Configuration. Stay on the General tab and scroll down to the Links section. Here you will find: Partner Login URL: The permanent link for existing partners to access their dashboard. Partner Sign-up URL: The application form for new partners to join your program. The Partner Onboarding Journey

Once a Partner logs in, they should follow this "Success Loop" to get started.

1 The "Getting Paid" Setup (Everflow Pay) If you use Everflow Pay, your Partners will see a Banner Notification on their dashboard asking them to complete their setup. The Action: They must click Configure (or go to Company Settings > Billing > Enable Payment Method). The Requirements: They will need to verify their phone number and submit tax forms (W9 for US, W8 for International) before they can receive a single dollar. Critical: Currency is for Display Only When creating a Partner, you set a "Currency." This is for UI Display Only. It allows the Partner to see reports in their preferred currency (e.g., EUR), but it DOES NOT control the actual payout. Partners are always paid in the currency defined at the Offer Level. 2 Finding Offers & Links Partners use the Offers section to browse opportunities. Tracking & Assets: This is their primary tool. They can generate unique Tracking Links, download banners, and grab Coupon Codes. Marketplace Discovery: If enabled, they can use the Marketplace > Discovery tab to find new Advertisers using intelligent recommendations. 3 Checking Performance Partners have access to a robust Reporting suite via the hamburger menu . They can view Clicks, Conversions, and Payouts in real-time. Note: They only see data for their own traffic.

Advanced Partner Tools

Postback Setup (Self-Service)

Partners do not need to email you to place their pixels.

Location: Partners can navigate to Company Settings > Postbacks. Action: They can add their Global Postback or specific pixels for individual events here.
API Access & Security

Technical partners can access their API Keys for automation.

Location: Partner Portal > My Account > API tab. One-Time Warning: For security, the API Key is only shown once upon creation. If they lose it, they must generate a new one.
Direct Advertiser Login (Marketplace)

For Partners working with multiple brands in the Marketplace:

Go to Marketplace > Manage > Connections. Click the vertical dots next to an Advertiser. Select Login to jump directly into that specific Advertiser's dashboard.

Admin Support Tool: Impersonation

If a Partner says "I can't find the link," don't guess—look through their eyes.

How to Impersonate:

Go to Partners > Manage. Find the Partner and click the vertical dots . Select Impersonate.

You are now logged in as them. You can see exactly which Offers are visible and test their tracking links to verify issues.
