This week's internal updates focus on improving administrative billing visibility for trial accounts, and resolving customer contract deactivation bugs.
- Finance and Customer Success teams can now view the SaasOptics card and profile link in the Admin UI for trial accounts, ensuring credit card details are easily accessible under the trial opt-out billing model.
- Fixed: Resolved an issue where deactivating a customer account closed the contract and incorrectly reset the contract type to the default "Customer" value instead of preserving its historical contract type.
