Securing Accounts During Role Updates

Everflow now automatically terminates active user sessions when their roles or permissions are updated, ensuring security changes take effect immediately. This update forces affected users to log back in with their new permission sets.

What's New

Because browser refreshes no longer pull updated permissions, the platform now terminates active sessions directly. You will also see a warning banner when editing roles to notify you that all assigned users will be logged out.

• Session invalidation: Automatically logs out all active users assigned to a role when that role's permissions are modified.
• Admin warning banners: Displays a notification in the platform when editing a role to warn you that the change will trigger immediate logouts.
