Manage Partner Platform User Accounts via Marketplace Platform

You can now manage and access Partner Platform connections for multiple users within your partner account, eliminating the need to manually request account creation from support or network admins.

What's New

This update adds email notifications when new connections are established and introduces automated permission checks to ensure Marketplace Managers cannot view other users' access details.

Key Capabilities

• Administrator controls: Marketplace Administrators can now grant or deny Partner Platform access for any user directly from the Partner Platform User Accounts table, including rows currently showing No Access.
• Access requests: Marketplace Managers who do not have access to a connection can request it directly from their Administrator, who will receive an email notification to approve or deny the request.
• Automated account creation: When configured to automatically create accounts for all marketplace users, the platform now correctly provisions accounts for users added via the Everflow admin portal.
• Bug fixes: Resolved issues where the user who established a connection incorrectly showed as having No Access, updating company details via the API silently disabled automatic account creation, and the Status filter misaligned with Unavailable rows.
