Fix misleading IP incident in Traffic Health

Traffic Health now keeps IP incidents accurate and up to date, and only alerts you about dedicated IPs.

What's New

Previously, incidents on an IP could stay open in Traffic Health after your network stopped using that IP, for example after a load balancer was replaced. Networks sharing an IP could also see outdated blacklist results for it. Traffic Health now tracks which IPs a network currently uses and closes incidents on the ones it no longer has.

Key Capabilities

• Automatic cleanup: Incidents on unused IP are resolved automatically.
• Fewer irrelevant alerts: Email, SMS and webhook alerts for IP incidents are now only sent for dedicated IPs.
