This release introduces automated payments flags and nightly billing health alerts to streamline internal account setup and prevent billing discrepancies for the Sales, Finance, and Payments teams.
What's New
The internal Sales Setup form now includes toggles to specify if Everflow Pay or Managed Payments are included in core pricing or contract upsells. Accounts built with these options selected automatically assign a default payments manager, apply a tracking label, and trigger an internal task notification for the Payments team. Additionally, nightly billing health checks now scan for discrepancies between assigned payment managers, active billing charges, and Everflow Pay product toggles, alerting the Finance team of any mismatches.
