Automated Credential Delivery for New Accounts
Everflow has automated the credential email step of the new customer account handoff process, sending login credentials automatically once account setup and, when applicable, payment status are confirmed.
This release automates one of the most repetitive and error-prone parts of the customer account handoff: sending login credentials to new customers. Once deal conditions and account setup are met, credentials now send automatically. This replaces a manual process, reducing access delays and cutting down on manual errors.
The new automation triggers credential emails once the account is built and verified by Operations, Customer Success setup is marked as Done, and, depending on the deal, the initial invoice is paid. Sales representatives configure the send policy directly on the Order Form during customer setup, choosing whether credentials go out immediately after the account is built or only after payment confirmation.
Key Capabilities
- Flexible send policies: Sales representatives can configure the credential email to send either immediately after the account is built or only after the first invoice is paid.
- Multi-gate verification: The system automatically verifies that the Order Form is saved, the Account Build Status is set to Verified by the Operations team, Customer Success setup is marked as Done, and, when applicable, the invoice is paid, before sending.
- Manual operations controls: Operations team members can trigger credential emails manually on demand or cancel pending automated runs.
- Automated tracking and alerts: The platform logs send timestamps and automatically posts success or failure updates to corresponding internal tracking tickets, along with status updates to the team's Slack channel as each setup milestone is completed.
What's Next
This release is a foundation rather than a full solve. Automating more of the account handoff is a direction we're exploring next.
