Accurate Payout Alerts for Custom Partners

You can now send accurate payout change notifications that automatically adjust based on whether a partner has a custom rate setup. This prevents partners with custom payouts from receiving misleading base rate alerts.

What's New

Previously, when an offer's base payout changed, all partners received an email showing the new base rate, which misled partners on custom rates or tiers. The platform now automatically splits these notifications: standard partners receive the exact updated base rate, while partners with custom setups receive a generic alert directing them to log in and review their specific rates. These smarter alerts apply to both email and in-app notifications, and the notification is disabled by default for existing partners.

• Direct portal linking: Notifications support a macro that inserts a direct link to the specific offer within the Partner Portal.
