Enable UnSub Central for managing your shared email suppression lists across all of your Partners.

Overview

UnsubCentral integration allows you to efficiently manage shared email suppression lists across all your partners through Everflow. This streamlined solution ensures compliance while simplifying suppression list management.

Prerequisites

  • An active UnsubCentral account
  • Access to your UnsubCentral credentials

Setting Up the UnsubCentral Integration

Log into your UnsubCentral account. Navigate to Settings and locate the Site card. Copy your Tracking Platform Integration Token. Switch to your Everflow dashboard. Go to Integrations. Select the Suppression List tab. Click Connect Integration next to UnsubCentral. Paste your Tracking Platform Integration Token. Save your configuration.

Adding Suppression Lists to Offers

After completing the integration, click on the Offers card. Select Add Offers from the dropdown menu. Choose the UnsubCentral Suppression List you want to use. Move the desired offers from the left box to the right box. Click Save to apply the suppression list to selected offers.

Viewing and Editing Lists

  • To view or edit suppression list settings, navigate to the Email tab when editing any Offer
  • Make your changes and save the Offer to apply them

Partner Access

Partners can view the suppression list information directly on the Offer page within the Partner Portal. This provides transparency while maintaining compliance across your marketing channels.
