Learn what creatives you can upload and use inside your Everflow Platform.

Overview

Below is a list of all creative types and dimensions supported in Everflow campaigns.

Heads up File extensions are case-sensitive. Always use lowercase (.jpg, .png, .gif) instead of uppercase (.JPG, .PNG, .GIF).

Example: Rename banner.JPG to banner.jpg for compatibility.

File Requirements

Filenames (including those in ZIP files) must not contain special characters.
HTML documents must be in UTF-8 format. UTF-16 is not supported.
Emojis are not allowed in HTML documents.
