Overview
This guide explains how to integrate your SendGrid or Mandrill (MailChimp) account with Everflow to customize notification emails.
This integration allows you to personalize the sender details and manage where replies are directed.
Setting Up Your Email Integration

Configuring Email Settings
- Enter your API key from your SendGrid or Mandrill account
- Configure the following sender details:
- From Name: The name that will appear as the sender
- From Address: The email address that will be used to send notifications
- Reply To Address: The email address where replies will be directed
Managing Reply Routing
You have several options for managing how replies are handled:
- Standard Routing: If the Reply To Address field is left blank, all replies will be sent to the From Address
- Custom Reply Address: If you enter a Reply To Address, all replies will be directed to this address
- Role-Based Routing: If you enable the Reply To Partner Manager toggle and have a Reply To Address set:
- Replies from Advertisers will go to the Reply To Address
- Replies from Partners will go to their assigned Partner Manager's email address
