Scheduled Actions

A Scheduled Action is a feature that lets you automate future changes to your offers, such as updating status, caps, or payment settings at a specific date and time.

Overview

Scheduled Actions allow you to automate updates for Offers in advance, reducing manual effort and ensuring timely execution. This feature is useful for:

  • Activating or deactivating Offers at a scheduled time.
  • Modifying caps for Offers based on changing traffic needs.
  • Adjusting base revenue and payout values dynamically.
  • Implementing forwarding rules automatically.

➔ Caps: Limits set on traffic, conversions, or spending for offers
➔ Base Payout: The standard commission paid to partners
➔ Base Revenue: The amount earned per conversion
➔ Offer Creative: Marketing materials associated with an offer

How to Schedule an Action

1 Access the Scheduled Actions Page Navigate to Automation -> Scheduled Actions. Here, you’ll see a list of configured Scheduled Actions. Status Indicators: Pending → Action is scheduled but hasn’t been executed yet. Processed → Action has been executed successfully. Managing Scheduled Actions: Click the vertical dots on any row to view, edit, or delete a Scheduled Action. Pending actions can be modified, while processed actions can only be viewed. 2 Create a New Scheduled Action Click Action in the top left of the Scheduled Actions view. Choose the type of action you want to schedule from the following categories: Offer Status (Activate or deactivate Offers) Offer Creative Status Offer Caps (Set limits on traffic, clicks, or conversions) Base Revenue/Payout Adjustments Offer Group Caps Offer Forwarding Rules 3 Configure Action Details After selecting an action type, fill in the required details: 🕒 Timing & Notifications Action Date & Time (Select from the calendar; dropdown allows minute-level precision) Timezone Internal Notes (For tracking purposes) Notify Partners when the action is scheduled and/or executed (Optional) 🎯 Target Selection Selected Offers (The Offers affected by this action) Selected Partners (If the action applies to specific Partners) 💰 Adjustments (If Applicable) New Cap Values (Set updated limits for traffic, clicks, or conversions) Override Base Revenue/Payout (Change default payout structures) Override Action Revenue/Payout (Modify revenue/payout for specific actions) By default, Partners receive: A notification when the action is scheduled (if enabled). A confirmation notification when the action is executed (if enabled). To disable notifications, uncheck the corresponding settings.

Examples of Scheduled Actions

Example 1: Activate Offers

Use case: Set Offers to activate at a specific time without manual intervention.

Steps:

Click Action -> Activate Offers. Select Date and Time. Choose Timezone. Select Offers to activate. Click Save
Example 2: Change Caps for Offers and Partners

Use case: Automatically update cap limits for Offers and Partners.

Steps:

Click Action -> Change Caps for Offers and Partners. Select Date and Time. Choose Timezone. Select Offers and Partners. Set the new cap value. Click Save
Example 3: Adjust Base Payout for Offers and Partners (Based on a Specific Variable)

Use case: Modify base payouts dynamically based on Sub1 value or another condition.

Steps:

Click Action -> Change Base Revenue/Payout for Offers and Partners. Select Date and Time. Choose Offers and Partners to update. Click Override Base Payout. Click Next and enable Variables. Select the Variable and Comparison Method. Enter the Value and click Add.
