Learn how to set up alerts for your platform activities - choose between in-app notifications or email updates for things like caps, new signups, and billing.

Overview

Want to stay on top of what's happening in your Everflow instance? You can set up notifications to keep you in the loop. Choose whether you want alerts to pop up in the platform itself, land in your email, or both.

These alerts can tell you about things like when offers are close to hitting their limits, when new Partners sign up, or when invoices are ready.

The best part? You can pick and choose exactly which notifications you want to get - no need to deal with unnecessary alerts.

Important to Remember Editing default notifications will not modify existing notification settings - it only affects new accounts.

All notifications (both in-app and email) are optional and can be enabled/disabled according to user preference.

Each notification can be configured independently for in-app and email delivery

Network Employee Options

Some notifications allow Network Employees to choose notification scope:

  • Notify me for all events: Receive notifications for all Partners/Advertisers
  • Notify me for managed accounts only: Receive notifications only for assigned accounts
Note Partner Managers with "limited access" will only receive notifications for their Managed Accounts by default.

Customizing Your Notifications

  • All notifications can be individually configured
  • For each notification type, you can:
    • Enable/disable in-app notifications
    • Enable/disable email notifications
    • Choose to receive neither or both
  • Consider your role and responsibilities when selecting which notifications to enable

  • Review and test your notification settings
  • Ensure critical events have appropriate notification methods enabled
  • Set up filters or rules in your email client if needed
  • Periodically review and adjust notifications based on your need
