Learn how to modify historical partner performance data including clicks, conversions, revenue, and payouts using the Adjustments tool.

Overview

The Adjustments tool allows you to modify historical performance data for your Partners' Offer / Campaigns.

Whether you need to correct tracking discrepancies, account for refunds, or update Conversion values, Adjustments gives you the flexibility to maintain accurate top-level reporting and fair Partner compensation.

Changes can be applied at the Click and/or Conversion-level, Revenue and Payout levels, and even Impressions and Media Buying Costs. Adjustments are reflected in Partner Platform reporting, as well as in any Network-level top-line reporting.

Why Use Adjustments?

  • Correct tracking discrepancies between your systems
  • Account for order cancellations or refunds (this can also be done using On Hold Conversions)
  • Ensure accurate partner payments and reporting
Heads Up! The Adjustments tool does not work on the current day, as the reporting is still being updated for that day. Plus, Adjustments made are only reflected on top-level reporting but not on Conversion or Click reporting.

When to Use Adjustments

Use the Adjustments tool when you need to:

  • Modify data from previous days
  • Update partner performance metrics before processing payments
  • Correct discrepancies between your internal data and Everflow's tracking
  • Account for post-conversion Events like refunds or cancellations

Step-By-Step Guide

We will cover how to navigate to the Adjustments tool to view or create them, set up the basic parameters, and select the appropriate adjustment method based on your needs.

1 Open the Adjustments Tool Go to Partners in the main menu Select Adjustments from the submenu View existing adjustments or click + Adjustment to create a new one
2 Set Adjustment Parameters Click + Adjustment Select the date range for the adjustment Choose the Partner from the dropdown Select the Offer to adjust
3 Method A: Auto-Adjust Revenue & Payout Best for: Simple modifications where standard payout rates apply Enable Auto Adjust Revenue & Payout Modify Click or Conversion counts System automatically calculates new Revenue and Payout amounts based on default rates Auto-adjust only works with default Payout rates. Example 1: Shopify Store Refund Scenario: Your Shopify store had a $100 order that was later refunded. You need to adjust the Partner's statistics.

Solution: Create new Adjustment for the order date Disable auto-adjust Reduce conversion count by 1 Adjust Revenue and Payout to remove the refunded amount Save the adjustment
Example 2: Tracking Discrepancy Correction Scenario: Your internal analytics show 500 Clicks but Everflow tracked 450. You want both stats to match.

Common Issues
