Connect your Paypal account to Everflow to easily pay your Partners.

Overview

This guide walks you through connecting your PayPal business account with Everflow, enabling efficient payments to your partners.

This integration streamlines the payment process and provides real-time payment status updates.

Prerequisites A PayPal business account. Developer access to your PayPal account.

Setting Up the PayPal Integration

Log into your PayPal business account by clicking here. Select the Live environment. Click Create app. Enter an app name to generate your credentials. Copy your Client ID and Secret. Ensure Payouts is enabled: From the left menu, click My Apps & Credentials. Select Live (not Sandbox). Select your app and scroll to Live App Settings. In the My Account section, verify Payouts is enabled under the Live column. In Everflow, navigate to Integrations > Billing > PayPal > Connect Integration. Paste your Client ID and Client Secret. Save the configuration.

Configuring Partner Accounts

To set up PayPal as a payment method for specific Partners:

Navigate to Partners - Manage. Click on the partner you want to configure. On the Billing card, click Edit. Select PayPal as the payment method. Save the changes.

Processing Payments

To pay a Partner invoice using PayPal:

Navigate to Partners - Invoices. Select the invoice you want to pay. Click Pay. Confirm the payment details. Complete the transaction.

Payment Status Information

After initiating a payment:

  • Payments will initially show as pending until verified (typically takes about one minute)
  • If the PayPal status is unclaimed, the payment will remain in pending status until it is claimed or reverted
  • Once claimed and processed, the payment status will update to completed

This integration provides a seamless experience for both you and your partners while maintaining detailed payment records within your Everflow dashboard.
