Best Practices
When managing your notification settings, regularly review your defaults to ensure they still serve your needs. Keep your partners' experience in mind - too many notifications can be overwhelming, while too few might leave them missing important updates.
Your notification strategy should align with your overall communication approach, making sure partners get the right information at the right time.
Above all, pay special attention to critical updates, ensuring these important messages are properly configured to reach the right people.
Changing Notifications for Existing Partners
Editing the Default Notifications settings only governs new Partner accounts, since these configurations are applied by default at the time an account is created.
If you need to change notification settings for existing Partner accounts, please contact Everflow support so the updated notification settings can be applied to those accounts.
