Partner Default Notifications

Configure notifications that your Partners will receive by default when new accounts are created.

Overview

Partner notifications help keep Affiliates, Content Creators, Publishers, and others informed about important changes and updates in their accounts, your Offers, etc.

This guide covers all available notification types, when they're triggered, and how to manage them effectively.

Whether you need to alert Partners about Offer changes, billing updates, or system actions, understanding these notification options helps you communicate better with your Partners.

Notification Settings Notes Review this important information and settings related to Partner notifications before diving in! Editing default notifications only affects new Partner accounts Offer notifications are only sent to Partners who: Are currently approved on the Offer Have sent traffic to the Offer in the past 7 days Cap notifications may apply to both custom caps and Offer-level caps Offer-level cap notifications can be enabled/disabled in Control Center -> Platform Configurations -> General tab -> Global Settings Invoice notifications won't be sent if invoices are hidden by the network

Accessing Notification Settings

To access notification settings, start by clicking the main menu icon in the top left corner. From there, navigate to Partner Configurations in the Control Center menu.

Within this section, you'll find the Default Notifications tab where you can manage all Partner notification settings in one place.

Available Partner Notifications

Offer Notifications

Notification Type Trigger Available Notifications Coupon Code Deactivated When a Coupon Code becomes inactive In-app and/or Email Offer Status Changed When the Offer status changes In-app and/or Email Offer Changed Payout When Payout is modified for an Offer you're active on In-app and/or Email Offer Description Changed When the HTML description of an Offer is modified In-app and/or Email Creative Added to the Offer When a new creative is added to an Offer In-app and/or Email Traffic Optimized When a variable is blocked by the network In-app and/or Email

Action Notifications

Billing Notifications

Notification Options

For each notification type:

  • In-app notifications can be enabled/disabled
  • Email notifications can be enabled/disabled
  • Both types can be enabled simultaneously
  • Both types can be disabled simultaneously

Best Practices

When managing your notification settings, regularly review your defaults to ensure they still serve your needs. Keep your partners' experience in mind - too many notifications can be overwhelming, while too few might leave them missing important updates.
