Best Practices

Managing your billing notifications effectively can save you time and prevent potential financial oversights.

By carefully configuring your notifications, you'll stay informed about critical payment activities without being overwhelmed by unnecessary notifications. Focus on turning on notifications for significant financial events like invoice creation, overdue payments, and payment executions to ensure you never miss important updates.

It's wise to use both in-app and email notifications for the most important billing events. This dual approach provides a safety net, ensuring you'll receive crucial information even if you miss a notification in one channel.

Regularly reviewing and updating your notification settings is key to maintaining a smooth financial workflow. Make sure your contact information is current and take a few moments periodically to verify that your notification preferences still meet your current business needs.

This proactive approach will help you stay on top of your financial management with minimal effort.
