Set up custom alerts to track your important numbers - get notified when your clicks, sales, or costs hit specific targets.

Overview: What Are Alerts?

Alerts let you know when important things happen in your campaigns.

Maybe you want to know when an Offer's Conversion rate drops below 2%, or when you're spending too much on Clicks. Just set up the conditions you care about, and we'll notify you (and your team) automatically when they happen.

Creating an Alert

1 Add Alert Go to Automation - Alerts Click the Alert button to set up a new Alert This opens the Alert creation window
2 General Settings Configure delivery options and recipients: In-app: Enable notifications within the Everflow platform Email: Enable email notifications with options for: Additional Recipients: Add external email addresses (one per line) Notify All: Include all employee users Available (Employees): Search and select specific employees
3 Target & Conditions Target Configuration: Primary Target: Choose metrics based on: Advertisers Offers Partners Secondary Target (Optional): When enabled, both primary and secondary requirements must be met Useful for specific offer-partner combinations Lifespan Settings: Lookback Window: Period for evaluating conditions Example: 24-hour lookback with CVR > 3% alerts you about targets exceeding 3% conversion rate in the last day Notification Frequency: How often notifications are sent Conditions Setup: Condition Evaluation Type: All conditions must be met At least one condition must be met Condition Type: Select KPI to monitor CVR (Conversion Rate) Impressions Payouts Unique Clicks And more Threshold: Set trigger values Percentage for rates (CVR) Monetary values for revenue Numeric values for clicks/impressions Alert Preview: Shows a summary of targeting and conditions Helps verify alert configuration before saving Find the Full List of Condition Types Here Take a look at the list of available performance and other metrics below:

Managing Alerts

Access Alert Management

Navigate to Automation - Alerts to view and manage all alerts.

Available Actions

Use the vertical dots menu for each alert to:

  • Edit alert settings
  • Subscribe to In App Notifications
  • Subscribe to Email Notifications
  • Delete alerts
Employees need Role permission under Control Center - Alerts to manage their own alerts. Alert settings can be modified at any time. Preview feature helps verify alert configuration. Notifications can be customized per recipient type.

Example Alert Setup

Setting up a conversion rate alert:

Go to Automation - Alerts Click Alert Pick who gets notified (in-app, email, or both) Choose what to track (advertisers, offers, or partners) Set your conditions (like "conversion rate above 3% - CVR > 3%") Save it!

Start by creating a basic alert for your most important KPI, then expand to more complex alert combinations as needed.
