This guide shows you how to use Everflow's Partner management tools, from basic tasks like updating Partner details to advanced features for managing large programs.

You'll learn some of the essential features to keep your Affiliate partnerships running smoothly.

Navigating Partner Management

Basic Navigation

Access Partner Management: Click Partners in the main navigation Select Manage from the dropdown View tabs: Existing, Pending (1), Unverified

Quick Actions

Add new Partner with +Partner button Search Partners (search bar) Filter views Access table actions with vertical dots

Available Tabs

Tab Description Existing Active Partner accounts Pending Applications awaiting review. By clicking three vertical dots, you can reject or approve. Unverified Partners pending email verification. By clicking three vertical dots, you may bypass email verification or resend the verification email.

Partner List Management

Navigate to Partners -> Manage by opening the hamburger menu on your left. This page gives you an overview of Partners in your Everflow instance.

Accessing Partner Details

Click on Partner name in the list view Direct navigation via Partners -> Partner Name Use the search bar -> type in Partner name or ID

Bulk Editing

  • General (Partner Manager, Currency, Status, etc,)
  • Billing (Payment Method, Frequency, etc.)
  • Referral (Method, Duration etc.)
