Throughout 2024, Everflow expanded its capabilities with new attribution options, reporting tools, international language support, and payment management features while improving the platform's navigation and search functionality.

Overview

Throughout 2024, Everflow transformed from a primarily English platform to a globally accessible tool with 11 language options, while introducing game-changing attribution controls and integrated cost tracking. The year brought significant navigation improvements, custom reporting capabilities, and comprehensive Variance reporting that together provide deeper performance insights and greater flexibility.

v3.7.0 Feature Release Notes

On Hold Conversions

You can now set automatic timers for when conversions become payable, perfect for managing return periods and delayed approvals. This feature provides clear visibility into pending conversions while ensuring payments are only processed after designated hold periods.

Multi-Language Partner UI

The Partner interface is now available in 11 languages including Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish. Partners can easily navigate the platform in their preferred language.

ClickBank Integration Enhancement

ClickBank integration now supports "Sale Amount" tracking at the integration level, enabling accurate revenue tracking for CPS/RPS models.

  • Released our new AppsFlyer Direct Integration.
Attribution
  • Released the new Attribution Priority feature, allowing you to customize your attribution strategy on the Advertiser level by choosing whether click-based or coupon code-based conversions take precedence in the attribution process.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Released the new Funnel Report that will help you gain deep insights into your marketing funnel, visualize user progression, and optimize conversion.
Variance Report
  • Now supports Daylight Savings Time changes correctly
  • Save your report and Load it again later
  • New performance columns: Cost Per Click (CPC) and Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Compare periods up to the exact time of day (e.g., today at 9:30 AM vs yesterday at 9:30 AM)

Control Center
  • Configuration was divided into distinct sections - Platform Configurations, Partner Configurations, and Advertiser Configurations - for easier navigation.
  • Added UI options to access Segmentation Options (includes Business Units, Categories, Labels, & Channels) and Email Templates directly within Control Center, streamlining configuration workflows.
  • Moved "Roles" and "Accounts" to one "Accounts" section.
  • Moved "My Account" from Control Center to its own section in the left-hand menu.
Navigation Menu
  • Added separate (previously available in Control Center) sections titled "Integrations" and "Automation"(Scheduled Actions, Alerts, & Webhooks) in the main navigation menu (accessed through the hamburger menu icon).
Partners
  • The new visibility setting for Traffic Sources allows selective control over which traffic sources can be accessed and viewed by specific partners.
  • When exporting your Partners (Affiliates) list, to a CSV or JSON, additional fields are available to include the custom sign-up information collected.
  • The Partner bulk export now includes custom sign-up fields.
Coupon Codes
  • Added coupon code Description field that supports plain text / HTML and is visible to your affiliates.
  • Allow duplicate coupon codes across multiple different Offers, but not multiple different Partners.
  • You can now create individual or bulk coupon codes without assigning them to a specific Partner.
  • Added ability to Bulk Update Coupon Codes.

Offers (Traffic Controls)
  • Released support for Tracking Domain as one of the Variables options.
SmartSwitch
  • Enabled additional Run Frequency configurations (1 & 3 hours) for SmartSwitch.
Smart Links
  • Expanded the Run Frequency options in KPI Based Configuration to include additional intervals of 1 hour, 3 hours, and 6 hours.
Notifications
  • Added *Partner User Email Changed notifications to be alerted when a Partner user email is updated in the system by the Partner.
  • Added Coupon Code Deactivated to notify affiliates when a coupon code became inactive.
Reporting (Partner Postback)
  • You can now receive reporting for all failed Partner Postbacks instead of just the previous standard 25.
Partner Bulk Edit
  • Added two new Field Types for Partner Bulk Edit: "Specific Tracking Domain" and "Offer(s) Specific Tracking Domain" (to bulk edit and assign a tracking domain for a group of affiliates).
Reporting & Analytics
  • You can now customize the order of metrics in Reporting and Analytics using Column Customization in Table Actions to prioritize which columns are displayed first or next to each other.

  • Added new "Total Events" metric under Condition Type for Alerts.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Released Custom Metrics - now you can focus on the most crucial metrics by defining the precise performance formulas that reveal the insights you need most.
  • Added the Event ID next to the Event Name in Event Reports.
  • Added "Unique Clicks" and "Duplicate Clicks" as a metric to Dimensional Reports (available in Affiliate UI and Network UI).
  • Created option to use Order ID to reject Conversions.
Partners
  • Add "Partner Tiers" to the Filters (under Partners > Manage).
Dashboard
  • Added "Total Conversions" card (displays base and Event conversion statistics) to the Dashboard.
Configuration
  • The Advertiser & Partner Signup now allows the options to make the Address section Visible and Required (thus, it is also removable).
Marketplace
  • Released Marketplace Recommendations that suggest the most compatible Partners and Advertisers in our marketplace for mutually beneficial collaborations.
Agency
  • Our new Agency Dashboard delivers a high-level view of performance and direct login into brand accounts to streamline management.
Partner Platform
  • Added Offer URL on Conversion Click Reporting in Partner Platform.
