Overview
By default, Everflow sends Cap Threshold Notifications when a Cap is 90% full, however, you may customize that percentage to a threshold that makes sense for your team.
How To Customize Cap Threshold

An example for an e-commerce brand:
Imagine you're running an online furniture store with multiple Partners. You want to carefully manage your ad spend for a summer sale campaign.
Here's how you might use Cap Threshold Notifications:
- Campaign: Summer Furniture Sale
- Total Budget: $10,000
- Partner Network: 5 different affiliate marketers
You set your Cap Threshold at 80% to give yourself early warning before hitting the full budget. When your campaign reaches $8,000 in spend, you'll receive a notification allowing you to:
- Pause specific underperforming Partners
- Adjust campaign parameters
- Shift budget allocation
- Prepare for campaign wind-down
This helps you maintain tight control over marketing expenses and prevents unexpected budget overruns during a time-sensitive promotional period.
The 80% threshold gives you a proactive buffer to make strategic decisions before completely exhausting your marketing budget.
