You can now track First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout directly in the Usage Report. These metrics help you evaluate early client performance, build health scoring models, and automate lifecycle workflows.
Understanding how quickly a new client ramps up is crucial for long-term account health. Previously, calculating a client's performance during their first year required manual data filtering. Everflow now automatically tracks cumulative revenue and payout metrics starting from a user's first login, providing immediate visibility into early lifecycle value and syncing directly to Planhat to power customer success alerts.

Tracking Details
- Cumulative logic: Values accumulate daily and do not reset monthly. Once the 12-month threshold is reached, the totals lock and stop updating.
- First-login trigger: The 12-month window is anchored to the customer's first login time, not their account creation date. If a customer never logs in, the fields remain at zero.
