Track First Year Customer Value
Track cumulative client revenue and payout during their first 12 months from first login, with automatic syncing to Planhat for health scoring and alerts.
Internal teams can now view cumulative revenue and payout data generated by clients during their first 12 months of platform use. This new tracking capability eliminates manual data filtering and automatically syncs client milestone metrics directly to Planhat.
Introduction
To help internal teams better understand early client ramp-up and build accurate health scoring models, we have introduced two new tracked data fields: First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout. Previously, gathering this milestone-based performance data required manual filtering. These new fields automatically accumulate daily and send the data directly to Planhat to enable lifecycle-based alerts and workflows.
Key Capabilities
• Tracking begins automatically from the exact time of each customer's first login rather than their account creation date. • The fields accumulate daily with month-to-date aggregates and do not reset monthly. • Values lock permanently once the 12-month threshold is reached, and remain at zero or null if a customer never logs in. • Both fields sync directly to Planhat under the labels First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout.

• Added the First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout tracked data fields to the Usage Report within the Admin Platform.
