Track First Year Client Revenue
Track and sync cumulative client revenue and payout milestones during their first 12 months of platform usage.
Internal teams can now view cumulative revenue and payout data for a customer's first year of platform use directly within the Usage Report. This update automatically calculates early client performance milestones to help drive health scoring and lifecycle alerts.
Introduction
This release introduces two new tracked data fields to help internal teams easily monitor client ramp-up performance without manual filtering. The system now automatically aggregates and locks financial performance data during each customer's critical first year of platform activity.
Key Capabilities
- Automated Milestone Tracking: View First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout directly in the Admin Platform Usage Report.
- Login-Triggered Tracking: Accumulate cumulative daily and month-to-date aggregates starting exactly from each customer's first login time.
- External System Sync: Send these new data fields directly to Planhat to trigger automated workflows and customer lifecycle alerts.
Under the Hood
- Cumulative Value Locking: Continuously updates the revenue and payout metrics for 12 months after first login, permanently locking the values once the 12-month threshold is reached.
