Track Early Client Revenue Milestones
Track cumulative client performance during their first year with new 12-month revenue and payout fields in the Usage Report and Planhat.
Internal teams can now view cumulative revenue and payout data generated by clients during their first year on the platform. This new tracking capability helps Account Managers and Operations teams monitor early client ramp-up and health metrics directly from the Usage Report.
Introduction
Tracking early performance milestones is essential for understanding client health and building accurate lifecycle models. This update introduces two new fields, First 12-Month Revenue and First 12-Month Payout, to the Usage Report in the Admin Platform. This data is also synced directly to Planhat to enable automated workflows and lifecycle-based alerts.
Key Capabilities
- Milestone Tracking: Calculates cumulative performance starting from the client's first login time instead of their account creation date.
- Cumulative Aggregates: Accumulates daily with month-to-date aggregates, remaining locked once the 12-month threshold is reached.
- Automated Syncing: Sends both fields directly to Planhat to support automated customer success workflows.
