What's New
Internal teams can now leverage accurate Everflow Pay usage data inside Intercom to segment customers, build targeted workflows, and route support conversations. The system checks if a customer has an active Everflow Pay integration by looking for a configured PayerID in the Admin settings.
If a PayerID is present, the customer's Intercom attribute is_using_efpay is set to true, and if it is missing, the attribute is set to false. This integration status updates automatically during a nightly sync and includes a complete backfill of all existing customer records.
Under the Hood
- Automated nightly sync updates the is_using_efpay attribute in Intercom based on whether a non-null PayerID is detected in the Admin settings.
