Sync Everflow Pay Status to Intercom
Everflow now automatically syncs customer Everflow Pay integration status to Intercom nightly to improve support routing, user segmentation, and reporting.
Everflow now automatically updates the is_using_efpay attribute in Intercom based on whether a customer has an active Everflow Pay integration in Admin.
What's New
This release enables a nightly sync that populates the is_using_efpay contact attribute in Intercom with a true or false value. The system determines this status by checking for the presence of a configured Payer ID in the Everflow Pay integration settings within the Admin control panel.
This data sync allows internal teams to segment users accurately in Intercom, enabling automated workflows, precise routing rules, and improved reporting based on active Everflow Pay usage.
Under the Hood
- Automated a nightly sync and executed a one-time backfill to map the presence of a non-null Everflow Pay Payer ID to the is_using_efpay attribute in Intercom.
