Everflow platform administrators will now experience faster, more contextual support interactions when using the in-app chat widget. This integration syncs your Everflow Pay status to Intercom, allowing support systems to route your payment inquiries to the right specialists automatically.
What's New
Everflow now automatically updates Intercom with your Everflow Pay integration status. If your platform has an active Payer ID configured in the Everflow Pay integration settings, the system flags your account as an active user of Everflow Pay inside our support desk.
This sync allows our automated support agent, Fin, to immediately recognize if you are using Everflow Pay. As a result, when you or your team members reach out with payout, tax form, or KYC questions, the system can provide relevant self-service information or instantly route your conversation to a specialized finance support queue.
