Updated macro-visibility guidance for adv1-adv10 and sale_amount

Updated visibility guidance for adv1-adv10 and sale_amount macros. The global toggles moved to Control Center → Platform Configurations → Global → Set Macro Parameter Visibility for Partners, and per-Partner overrides are now Manage → [partner] → Set Macro Parameter Visibility (None / Custom / Full Visibility). The partner-level override beats the global default.
