This release automatically syncs Everflow Pay integration status directly to Intercom to enable smarter support routing and automated workflows.
What's New
Internal teams can now leverage automated routing and tailored support workflows in Intercom based on whether a platform customer is actively using Everflow Pay. The system evaluates the presence of a PayerID in the Everflow Pay integration settings in Admin. If a PayerID is configured, the customer's Intercom contact attribute is_using_efpay is set to true, and it is set to false if the ID is missing or null.
This attribute updates automatically during a nightly sync whenever a customer's integration settings change. Additionally, a one-time backfill has been completed to populate this status for all existing contacts, allowing the Intercom AI Agent (Fin) and support teams to immediately segment users and route inquiries more effectively.
