What's New
This release introduces an automated synchronization that maps a customer's Everflow Pay status to their Intercom contact profile. The system detects whether a customer has an active Everflow Pay integration in Admin by checking for a configured PayerID, and automatically updates the is_using_efpay attribute in Intercom to true or false.
This data sync runs nightly, ensuring your Intercom workflows, reporting, and automated support agents have accurate, up-to-date information to route conversations and answer customer questions correctly.
