Easier On Hold Conversion Management
You can now adjust payout, revenue, and notes for On Hold conversions directly from your reports, giving you complete control over pending partner commissions.
What's New
Managing conversions that are placed on hold is now much more flexible. Network operators can modify potential payout, potential revenue, and sale amounts directly within the On Hold report, or update them in bulk using new CSV templates. You can also add and edit notes on these conversions to keep your team aligned on why a conversion is pending.
Additionally, new dashboard cards for both the Network and Partner portals display key metrics, including On Hold Conversions, Potential Payout, and Potential Revenue. These cards support standard time intervals like today, yesterday, current month, and last month, making it easy to track pending financials at a glance.
To streamline operations, you can now perform bulk actions directly from the On Hold conversion list. Select multiple rows to batch-update statuses or use the new CSV upload options to update status, payout, revenue, and sale amounts using either the On Hold ID or Transaction ID.
