Accurate Pilot Conversion Form Timestamps

Pilot conversion forms now accurately record and save creation and submission timestamps.

What's New

We resolved an issue where the creation and save timestamps on pilot conversion forms were failing to record properly and defaulting to zero. All new form submissions will now capture the exact date and time they were created and saved.

For existing entries impacted by this issue, we are restoring the approximate timestamps using setup records to ensure your historical data is accurate.
