Manage your Everflow account, update payment information, view invoices, and more.

Explore a dedicated "Billing" section in our Control Center. It allows you to effortlessly manage your Everflow account, invoices and view contract details. In this section, you can:

  1. View your invoices from Everflow, including a detailed breakdown of charges.

  2. Check your current account balance and any outstanding payments due.

  3. Explore additional services or products offered by Everflow.

  4. Update your payment information seamlessly.

  5. Review your contract details, including the start date and renewal or expiration date.

The "Billing" section centralizes all billing-related information and actions, making it convenient to stay on top of your account's financial status and make any necessary changes to your payment details or subscriptions.

How To Enable Billing Section

  1. Use the left-hand menu to navigate to the "Control Center" section.

  2. Select the "Account" option.

  3. Switch to the third tab, titled "Roles."

You can use this tab to modify the permissions assigned to each member of your team.

By default, the "Billing" section is not enabled for any Role automatically.

  1. Locate the Roles that require access to the Billing section (e.g., Administrator).

  2. Scroll down until you see the "Control Center > Billing" option.

  3. Check the box to the left of "Billing" to grant access.

  4. Select the appropriate access level:

    • Choose "Read Only" if the person only needs to view billing information.

    • Choose "Full Access" if the person needs to modify billing settings.

  5. Repeat these steps for any other Roles that require access to the Billing section.

  6. Once you've made the necessary changes, don't forget to save your modifications.

Billing Section Explained

The "Billing" section in the Control Center menu provides a centralized hub for managing your account's financial aspects. It includes detailed information about invoices, subscription details, and account details.

Invoices Tab

By clicking on the "Billing" section, you'll land on the "Invoices" tab, which provides an overview of your current billing cycle and a list of past invoices.

Current Invoice Details

The top section showcases the total amount you're being billed for the current month.

Our billing model is retrospective, which means you're charged for the services and resources you've already consumed during the previous billing cycle. This approach ensures accurate billing based on the actual value delivered to you.

It's important to note that the current cost shown does not include any credits applied to your account today.

Additionally, your recurring fees could increase if your usage exceeds the current plan's limits.

To break down the charges, you can click "See breakdown," which will open a popup providing a detailed overview of the invoice items, including:

  • Specific usage metrics like clicks and domains

  • Pricing tiers you've fallen into, with links to the tier charts

  • Any applicable discounts or credits, such as those from our Referral Partner Program

  • Cost breakdown for each line item

  • The final total invoice amount after applying all charges and discounts

Billing Period Dates

  • The "Current Period" section shows the start and end dates for the current billing cycle.

  • Clicking "Manage Subscription" redirects you to the "Subscription Details" tab.

Payment Details

  • The "Due Date" section displays the payment deadline for the current invoice.

  • The "Update Payment Method" link opens a popup to update your payment details through Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics).

Past Invoices

  • In the same "Invoices" section, you'll find a list of previous invoices.

  • Click "Preview" to open a detailed breakdown of any past invoice.

Subscription Details Tab

Current Subscription

  • The "Your Subscription" section summarizes your current plan and any add-on requests.

  • You can always add additional services to your plan.

Available Add-Ons

Under "Available For You," you'll see various add-on options:

  • Click Tiers - Based on your tiered click rates.

  • Payout Tiers - Based on your tiered payout rates.

  • Multi-Domains - Enabled for accounts containing multiple domains, with separate charges for each domain.

  • Everflow Pay - Eliminate the headache of processing payments with easily managed payouts. (Note: Everflow Pay charges are not included in your monthly invoices.)

  • Impression Tracking - Based on your tiered impression rates.

  • Managed Proxy Service - Dedicated IP and dynamic IP services.

  • Everflow Plus - Dedicated support and expertise tailored to accelerate your growth.

  • Managed Payments- Partner payout management service.

What can you do with these options?

  • Click "Learn More" to contact our Customer Success team with a pre-populated request corresponding to your inquiry.

  • Click "Apply" for Everflow Pay to open the application form.

Account Details Tab

In this tab, you'll find information regarding:

  • The Start Date of your contract with Everflow.

  • The End Date of your particular contract (at least the End Date for the agreed-upon subscription and rate).

  • The Terms of your contract (e.g., whether it was signed for the whole year - 12 months or if you're paying on a month-to-month basis).

    • If you are a new client who just joined, you are in the initial contract term of 6 months. In such case, 6 months will display under Terms.
