To manage assets for email traffic, please utilize tab 8: Email when creating or editing an Offer.
Click the toggle to Yes to “Enable suppression file”. Drag and drop a zipped Suppression File into the field or click the upload button. (Must be an archive file (*.zip, *.gzip, *.7z, *.rar)
On the Offer details page, you will see a history of which Partners downloaded the file and when.
If you are using one of these third parties for your suppression list management, be sure your integration is enabled under Control Center > Integrations > Suppression List.
Once the integration is configured, you can click to enable for example, Ezepo. The integration can be found under the Email tab. These links will be accessible on the Offer page in the Partner Portal.
To add your approved Subject & From lines to the Offer, turn on the toggle for Enable Email Instructions. When turned on (green), two boxes will open up and you will be able to list all approved Subject Lines and all approved From lines for your email creative. Press enter after each line or paste in a list.
If you have or have been provided links to suppression files for the Offer outside of an Optizmo/Ezepo/UnsubCentral integration, activate the toggle for "Enable Email Opt-out". When turned on (green), two boxes will open up and you will be able to provide links to both a Suppression File URL and an Unsubscribe URL. These links will be accessible on the Offer page in the Partner login.
Use the corresponding macros when editing/adding your email creative to pull in your unsubscribe link.
Save your settings.
