Customize your partners' experience of your program within the Partner Portal

Overview

Your partner dashboard is designed to provide simplicity for you and your partners. This guide will show you the various customization options available in the Partner Portal.

Customizing the Partner Dashboard

To customize and preview the dashboard, navigate to Control Center - Configuration, then click on the Partner Portal tab. On the Dashboard card, click Edit.

Use the toggle button in the upper right corner to add or remove cards. Then, you may change the size of each card by clicking and dragging the edges, or reposition the cards by clicking and dragging the card header.

Click Save Dashboard to apply the updates to all of your Partners' dashboards. (Any existing customizations will be overwritten.)

Custom Card

Do you have an announcement, funny gif, or friendly words of encouragement that you'd like to share with your partners on their dashboard? The Custom Card allows you to place a card on the Partner Portal with your own customized HTML.

Simply use the toggle button in the upper right corner to add the Custom Card.

The Custom Card supports the following macros:

  • affiliate_id

  • encoded_value

  • user_id

  • account_manager_email

  • account_manager_first_name

  • account_manager_last_name

  • account_manager_im_software

  • account_manager_im_identifier

  • affiliate_referral_url

  • email

  • first_name

  • last_name

After adding the card, scroll down and click Edit on the card to input your HTML. Click Apply.

This card can also be removed, resized and repositioned just like the other cards.

Click Save Dashboard to apply the updates to all of your Partners' dashboards. (Any existing customizations will be overwritten.)
