Send information with your Partners through: Offer Sharing, Link Sharing, Direct Message and Custom Card.

Overview

Here, we will highlight some tools you can use to help streamline the communication between you and your Partners. These tools provide the ability to generate tracking links in bulk, share offers in different ways, and to make announcements within the portal.

Note: We've improved our Offer Sharing options with our Communication Hub and streamlined the process of sharing Offers. Below you will read how to use these new features!

Offer Sharing

1. Sharing from Manage Offers

To share multiple Offers at once:

  • Go to Offers > Manage Offers

  • Select one or more Offers

  • Click the Action menu and choose Share

  • You'll be taken to the message builder with your selected Offers already visible in the Offer Details block

2. Sharing from Offer Details

To share a single Offer:

  • Navigate to the Offer Details page

  • Find the General card

  • Click the Table Actions menu (three dots)

  • Select Share Offer Details

  • Choose to create a new message or use a saved template

Note: The Audience will be pre-selected as "Can Run Traffic on All"

3. Sharing from Offer Report

To share all Offers in a report:

  • Go to the Reporting - Offer Report page

  • Click the Table Actions menu in the top right corner

  • Select Share Offer Details

  • You'll be redirected to Message Builder with all Offers pre-selected

Note: No audience will be pre-filled for this option.

4. Copying Offer Info for One Partner

  • Go to Offers > Manage > Click on the Offer name

  • Find the Tracking Links icons

  • Choose the Partner you want to share with

  • Click the Envelope Icon

  • A pop-up will appear with the Offer information and Partner-specific tracking link

  • Click Copy to add this information to your clipboard for sharing


Custom Card: Share One Message with All Partners

  • To customize and preview the Partner Dashboard, navigate to Control Center - Configuration, then click on the Partner Portal tab.

  • On the Dashboard card, click Edit.

  • Use the toggle to add a Custom Card with your own HTML. After adding the card, scroll down and click Edit on the card to input your HTML.

  • Click Apply.

*This card can also be removed, resized and repositioned just like the other cards.

  • Click Save Dashboard to apply the updates to all of your Partners' dashboards. (Any existing customizations will be overwritten.)
