Customize the email address your notifications are sent from and where replies are sent using your SendGrid or Mandrill integration.

Overview

This guide will walk you through how to integrate your SendGrid or Mandrill (Mailchimp) account and customize the From Name, From Address and Reply To Address fields used in the email notifications being sent to your Advertisers or Partners.


Step #1

  • Navigate to Integrations > Email and select your integration to either Sendgrid or Mandrill (Mailchimp).

Step #2

  • Enter your API key, From Name, From Address and Reply To Address.

  • If the Reply To Address field is filled in, all replies will be delivered to that email address. If the Reply To Address is blank, all replies will be delivered to the From Address.

  • If the Reply To Address field is filled in and the Reply To Partner Manager toggle is enabled, then replies from Advertisers will be delivered to the Reply To Address while replies from Partners will be delivered to their Partner Manager's email address.
