Updated - Hotfix 3.4.4 (January 2024): The Advertiser & Partner Signup now allows the options to make the Address section Visible and Required (thus, it is also removable).

Overview

Everflow provides the ability to create a Partner signup form that pertains only to a single Advertiser and their respective offers.

**IMPORTANT** When using the Advertiser Specific Signup Form, all Public & Require Approval offers belonging to other Advertisers in your instance will also be shown to the Partner upon application approval. If you do not want a Partner to see Offers that belong to other Advertisers/Brands, it is advised to set all Offers to Private and manage visibility accordingly.

Location

  • Navigate to Advertisers - Manage > Select the Advertiser. At the bottom left, you will see a section named Advertiser Specific Partner Sign Up.

  • Click Create One or Edit.

How to Create an Advertiser Specific Partner Sign Up Link

Step #1

  • You must activate the Enable Sign Up toggle and provide the following details.

  • Your URL Identifier: This will appear in the Partner sign up link that is specific to this Advertiser (differentiating it from your standard Partner sign up link URL)

  • Email Support: This will appear in the top right corner of the sign up form, and will be the email address that receives all inquiries

  • A logo for the Partner signup page

  • Terms and Conditions that apply specifically to this program

Step #2

Custom Fields:

  • Add additional questionnaire fields that pertain to this specific Advertiser/Brand’s sign up form.

Step #3

Offers:

  • Choose the Offers you wish to expose to the Partners that have used this form to join the Advertiser/Brand’s program.

Options:

  • All Offers - All Offers under the Advertiser including Private & Require Approval will be visible

  • All Private Offers - Private & Public Offers will be visible (Require Approval will be restricted)

  • All Require Approval Offers - Offers that Require Approval & Public Offers will be visible to the Partner *subject to Offer Level T&Cs. Private Offers will remain private.

  • None - Partner will see Public Offers only

  • Specific Offers - Private or Require Approval Offers belonging to the Advertiser can be selected individually.

**REMINDER** All Public & Require Approval offers belonging to other Advertisers in your instance will also be shown to the Partner upon application approval. If you do not want a Partner to see Offers that belong to other Advertisers/Brands, it is advised to set all Offers to Private and manage visibility accordingly.

Step #4

  • Press Save in the bottom right corner to view/copy the new signup URL.

NOTE: The fields selected on your master Partner Signup form will carry over to the Advertiser Specific Partner Signup form. More details on that here. The Custom Fields will not carry over; any custom questions should be added per Step #2 above.
