Navigate to Reporting - Saved & Scheduled.

This section is divided into 3 tabs:

Saved Reports

The Saved Reports tab displays a list of reports you have saved.

Click the three vertical dots on any report to make a selection. You can run, edit, schedule, copy or delete the report from here.

Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports tab displays a list of reports you have built and scheduled to be generated automatically.

Click the three vertical dots on any report to make a selection. You can view, edit, copy, delete or set the report schedule to inactive.

When scheduling a report, be sure to specify each of the required report properties as well as any additional email recipients you wish to send the scheduled report to.

Requested Reports

Since Click Reports and Conversion Reports are often too data heavy to load in the Portal, you need to specifically request these reports.

How to Request a Report

Either of the following options will send a download link to the email addresses you specify.

A) Navigate to Reporting - Click, or Reporting - Conversion, and click the Request Report button.

B) Navigate to Reporting - Saved & Scheduled, then find the Requested Reports tab and click the Request Report button.

Please note, conversion data is only available in the Portal for up to 12 months. Request a report from Customer Success if you wish to see conversion data over 12 months old.
