What is an Advertiser?

An Advertiser is the source for which you are planning to promote their product/app/service, on Everflow.

A How-To Guide

  • Navigate to Advertisers - Add.

1: General

  • Fill out the new Advertiser's information. You can learn more about the purpose
    of each section by clicking on the ? icon.

Enable Variables exposed in the Advertiser UI

Enabling these options will make the associated parameters visible inside the Advertiser's Reports when they are logged into their Advertiser portal. The settings are visible on the Exposed Variables tab after you define them.

Enforce and generate a Verification Token: adds an additional layer of security. The verification token is an encrypted ID that will be added to the postback (and visible in the tracking card in the offer). When enabled, conversions will only be successfully fired to Everflow, when the advertiser has placed the postback including this token and therefore guarantees the conversion is actually coming from the advertiser.

Account Manager: This is for your internal usage to track who was responsible

for the Advertiser relationship.

Sales Manager: This is the point of contact that is visible in the Advertiser's


2: Address

  • You are not required to enter an address for your Advertiser. If you choose to add this information, switch the toggle on, and continue to input your information.

3: Billing

  • This is where you select Billing Frequency, as well as set up Automatic Invoice Creation and Default Invoice Settings.

4: Additional Information

  • These are additional fields which can be used to store information regarding the Advertiser setup.

Platform Name

Platform URL

Platform Username

Stats Reporting Timezone (required)

Accounting Contact Email Address

5: User

  • Here, you can add a User to associate with the account.

  • Click Add.
